AMP Technician

The AMP Technician’s primary responsibility is organizing field acquired data and utilizing it to create sets of digital assets for our clients. The AMP Technician must be detail oriented and driven to deliver a high-quality product to our clients. This position may also be expected to be able to place program strategies onto floor plans (merchandising, digital, and other environmental fixtures and/or features) as well as assisting in the coordination of program implementation.

 

Accountabilities

  • Coordination between other team members to ensure consistency between deliverables and syncing towards deadlines. Survey team works closely together on broad goals and project initiatives while 90% of the time working independently.
  • Reliable, highly detail oriented, must work well under pressure, manage time wisely and communicate ideas openly.
  • Work with minimal supervision within constricted timelines and be flexible to changes to projects as required.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow multi step directions.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and dedication to quality.
  • Able and willing to continually learn and adapt to changing environments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process floor plans obtained primarily from infrared and laser scanning devices utilizing Illustrator.
  • Review and organize all points of survey data (walkthroughs, photos, floor plans, elevations, existing conditions, questionnaire, etc.) for upload to proprietary software.
  • Application of digital assets to floor plans to indicate existing conditions or recommended conditions utilizing proprietary software.
  • Drafting of architectural elevations and schematics.
  • Accurate tracking of work completed and filing of data.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in Illustrator & other Adobe products
  • Experience with MS office
  • Experience in drafting, architecture, interior design, concepts of marketing and sales touch points and targets beneficial but not required.
  • Travel Requirements; May be required occasionally, can be anywhere within the country.
