Presentation Designer

Adrenaline leads change to drive brands and businesses ahead, and the Presentation Designer is pivotal to this process. As thought leaders in our industry, our content is data-rich, and this candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations and collateral tailored for business audiences. Your role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, our company’ s business line leaders and other cross-functional teams to transform complex information into engaging, compelling visual presentations across a variety of uses. As part of our award-winning Brand Design team, you’ll also work closely with a Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations as a functional manager to prioritize tasks. You will report to the Executive Creative Director.

 

The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, excellent communication skills, a high degree of curiosity, and the ability to understand and convey complex business concepts and data through powerful visual storytelling. You’re a conceptual thinker and are adept at staying steadfast to a brand while exploring new engagement methods. You take a 360-degree approach while focusing on the all-important details; are a self-starter motivated by solving challenges in new ways; and you always vector toward getting the job done.

 

Accountabilities

  • Produce on-strategy, on-brand presentation materials, including sales sheets, presentation templates for business development, and sales training materials as well as a variety of marketing content including social media, whitepapers and reports, event collateral, image carousels, and more.
  • Work within a growing team of creative professionals bringing the Adrenaline brand to life for colleagues, clients, and prospects.
  • Execute across a range of touchpoints, from presentation to print to digital to social
  • Function effectively within a team environment—brainstorming with others, embracing feedback, and seeing the work through from early ideation through execution
  • Be fully accountable for all design project deliverables, from concept to production
  • Present work to Adrenaline stakeholders

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong conceptual thinking and visual execution

  • Effectively collaborate with sales and marketing leads, designers, writers, marketers, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor presentations, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of presentations.
  • Effectively manage your time; meet all deadlines
  • Have a sense of humor and egoless approach to doing extraordinary work
  • Stay proactive, accountable and responsive, adapting to any situation

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in graphic design; marketing or B2B focus preferred
  • Degree in design-related field
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Keynote, and PowerPoint
  • Strong working knowledge of brand, experiential, and digital design
  • An inventive, original thinker
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic
