Account Supervisors lead client experience in Adrenaline’s Retail Network Transformation process. You will build business by forming and strengthening relationships with prospective, new, and existing clients with high growth potential, positioning how our services can meet their needs, closing new business, and facilitating clients’ multi-year journeys with Adrenaline. This role requires a skillset to engage and gain trust with key decision-makers at our financial institution clients and utilize strong listening and problem-solving abilities to uncover and pursue new business opportunities. You will help define and continuously pursue the strategic vision for the internal team across design, implementation, and subject matter experts. Account Supervisors represent the ethos of Adrenaline’s consultative sales approach, committing to fostering mutually beneficial growth for clients and the company alike.

 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Lead or support clients through their experience with Adrenaline, delivering clear immediate process guidance while illuminating our long-term benefits.
  • Expand client understanding of Adrenaline’s comprehensive offering.
  • Work alongside internal analytics and strategy teams to create data-driven client roadmaps for change, and ensure that these guide future interactions with Adrenaline.
  • Champion the client's interests in alignment with what serves Adrenaline best.
  • Cultivate a seamless partnership with internal teams involved in the client's progression, such as New Business Development, Experience Design, Analytics, Strategy, and Project Implementation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Master the comprehensive suite of Retail Network Transformation services that Adrenaline offers and gain a proficient, conversational understanding of our additional service areas.
  • Initiate new projects by creating detailed scopes of work to ensure clarity for both clients and team members within the organization.
  • Collaborate with adjacent internal teams to achieve outstanding results: work with New Business Development to convert assigned leads and partner with Experience Design, Strategy, Analytics, and Delivery for consistent, exceptional client interactions.
  • Build, update, and pursue strategic account roadmaps that offer insight into potential future endeavors and serve as a foundation for projecting business growth. You are the vital link that keeps Adrenaline in the forefront of clients' minds from one project to the next.
  • Maintain reliable, current CRM records to aid in forecasting and staffing projections.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience managing and/or selling professional and/or advisory services
  • Consistent record of success in consultative and relationship-based account growth
  • Proficiency related to design/build, experiential retail, or marketing/brand communications a plus
  • Knowledge of typical sales procedures and tools like RFPs, CRMs, and proposals
  • Adaptable to work environment including, but not limited to, out of town travel, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adjusting to new arrangements, assignments, or systems
  • Competency with communication styles that foster a reputation of trusted business advisors
  • Understanding of how to use research and marketing resources to support meaningful connections with others.
  • An ambitious, persistent, curious and sincere nature
