Business Development is a critical driver of our company’s growth and success. As a Regional Director, Business Development, you will serve as a trusted ambassador for Adrenaline (ADR), representing our brand with professionalism and integrity across the Southern Region (TX, OK, LA, MS, AL, TN).
Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing target accounts, qualifying leads, and crafting winning sales strategies. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from first contact through signature—and facilitate internal collaboration by onboarding subject matter experts (SMEs) and key team members as needed.
Success in this role hinges on building strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients and expertly aligning our products and services with their unique needs. You’ll champion the client within ADR, ensuring their requirements are heard, while always promoting ADR’s best interests.
You will be adept at negotiating scope and pricing to find equitable solutions, and may also develop key partnerships for lead generation and referrals. Adherence to our sales processes—including CRM updates, accurate documentation, and proactive communication—is essential. Your collaborative approach and commitment to a team-selling environment will be vital, as will your flexibility—travel requirements will range from 25% to 50%, depending on conferences, sales calls, and office meetings.
