Project Administrators at Adrenaline provide administrative support to a team of Project Managers in the financial and retail markets. These projects include but are not limited to: program implementation, conversions, renovations and ground up construction, design programs or merchandising initiatives.

Accountabilities

Familiarity with administration on design/build project
Review, track, and process administrative duties on a project (RFI’s, submittals, change orders)
Assist with project cost reviews and projections and generate reports
Attend project meetings and take/distribute minutes

Responsibilities

Set up jobs in accounting software
Assist in purchase order and subcontract creation
Assist with local permit and license applications
Assist in sourcing materials/vendors/contractors, qualifying the proposals and assembling budget estimates
Prepare project close out package
Maintain and organize various files and reports

Qualifications

2-4+ years of Project Administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
In office work schedule preferred with opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Able to travel domestically (approximately once per month)
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
