Sales Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for creating, organizing, and managing resources that empower the sales team to perform at their best. This role focuses on developing client-facing materials, maintaining content libraries, and building training programs that accelerate onboarding and improve sales effectiveness. Reporting to the Managing Director of Revenue Operations, this position requires strong design skills, content management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Accountabilities

  • Develop Client-Facing Sales Collateral: Create professional, persuasive sales materials such as capabilities decks, case studies, project briefs, and sales sheets.
  • Maintain Sales Content Library: Govern and organize the business development library to ensure centralized, searchable access and reduce duplication. Maintain the process for content creation, coordinating with sales, marketing, and product owners.
  • Create Training Resources: Design instructional materials including playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation for scalable training.
  • Manage Sales Training Content: Structure and distribute training assets for streamlined access and improved adoption across the sales organization.
  • Support Proposal Development: Assist in drafting, designing, and formatting RFP responses to enhance proposal quality and win rates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design & Production: Utilize Keynote, InDesign, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality sales and training materials.
  • Content Organization: Implement metadata tagging and SharePoint best practices for efficient content management and retrieval.
  • Instructional Design: Develop onboarding and training programs that accelerate ramp-up and improve sales performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure messaging alignment and resource accessibility.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage proposal software (Panda Docs, Proposify) and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to support sales processes and proposals.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and organizing sales materials.
  • Expertise in Keynote, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint and ShortPoint for content management.
  • Familiarity with proposal software (Panda Docs, Proposify) preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
