Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator supports the Account and Program Development teams in managing day-to-day activities across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the business of brand experience from the ground up, combining client service, project coordination, and operational support.

Working closely with project and program managers, designers, strategists, and business development team members, the Account Coordinator helps ensure seamless communication, accurate project documentation, and consistent delivery across retail, brand, and design initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Support Account Directors and Program Development Managers in coordinating active client projects across branding, retail, and environmental design initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment between internal teams, external partners, and clients by ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
  • Serve as a connection point between account and business development teams to share updates, insights, and opportunities for account growth.
  • Ensure all client-facing materials, schedules, and documentation are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.
  • Support the development of project documentation, reporting, and logistics that enable successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and distribute recaps and action items.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in partnership with project and program management.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Program Development Manager to track and report on progress of analytics, branch design, construction, or conversion projects.
  • Monitor and summarize current client activity to inform the business development team on opportunities for expansion or new engagements.
  • Assist with internal communications to keep teams informed of account status, upcoming deadlines, and client feedback.
  • Stay current on client updates and competitive activity to help guide project recommendations.
  • Help maintain organized account files, shared documents, and project management systems.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by proactively identifying ways to streamline processes and improve coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as client status documents, scheduling, travel coordination as needed.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years work experience required, experience in client service, marketing, design, or agency environment preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn how strategy, design, and construction teams collaborate to deliver brand experiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
