Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor serves as the strategic day-to-day lead for a portfolio of branding, marketing, and customer experience engagements. This role is responsible for building trusted client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from discovery through implementation.

Working closely with Project Management, Strategy, Creative, UX, Environmental Design, Digital, and Production teams, the Account Supervisor guides clients through complex branding initiatives, integrated marketing campaigns, and ongoing strategic programs. This individual is equally comfortable leading client conversations, collaborating with internal experts, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.  This position reports to the Director, Brand and Marketing Accounts.


Responsibilities:
 
  • Serve as the strategic day-to-day lead for a portfolio of branding, marketing, and customer experience accounts, building trusted relationships and providing proactive client guidance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in partnership with Project Management, Strategy, Brand Design, UX, Environmental Design, Digital, and Production to successfully deliver complex client engagements.
  • Guide projects from discovery through implementation by aligning client objectives, managing scope, mitigating risks, and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Present strategic recommendations and creative solutions with confidence, facilitating collaboration and alignment among client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Grow and strengthen client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand services while supporting new business initiatives when appropriate.
  • Mentor and support junior account team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team culture.

Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of client management experience within a branding, marketing, advertising, digital, or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex branding and integrated marketing engagements while managing multiple client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and integrated marketing across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic, proactive, and collaborative, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Financial services, banking, or credit union experience is preferred.
