Sr. Content Marketing Manager

The Senior Content Marketing Manager owns the strategy, editorial direction, and performance of Adrenaline's content across owned, earned, and paid channels; building brand authority in the financial services industry, driving qualified pipeline, and deepening client relationships. Reporting to the Managing Director, Marketing Strategy, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will lead Editor and Content Strategist, will be the voice of our point of view in the market, and will be the director of our digital agency's work, and the person who can track our metrics and develop clear, compelling reports that tell leadership exactly what content is moving the business.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute an annual content strategy aligned to business goals, service lines (brand strategy & marketing, branch network transformation, design & construction), target audiences, and revenue targets.
  • Create and manage thought leadership programs, including articles, research reports, guides, webinars, videos, and podcast episodes.
  • Manage website content strategy, content architecture, and conversion paths; partner with design and development on UX and site performance.
  • Direct our digital agency's paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, content syndication): set objectives, write briefs, supply creative and messaging, approve targeting and budget recommendations, and review performance against pipeline goals.
  • Partner with business development on sales enablement content, including proposal and RFP narratives, and with PR on earned media.
  • Develop client-facing content (newsletters, executive briefings) that supports retention and expansion.
  • Manage the integrated marketing performance dashboard across owned, organic, and agency-run paid channels; report monthly to marketing leadership on content-sourced and content-influenced pipeline, MQL/SQL conversion, organic and AI-search visibility, engagement, and cost per qualified lead.
  • Manage KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure content effectiveness and marketing contribution.
  • Identify tools, AI-assisted workflows, and processes that improve content quality, velocity, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and leadership teams to develop original, high-value content.
  • Develop and execute SEO, AIO, and digital marketing strategies that improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
  • Create content for integrated campaigns, including email, social media, paid media, webinars, events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers, SEO and paid media vendors, and web development resources.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of B2B content marketing experience.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful content marketing programs.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, and website optimization.
  • Experience with AI search optimization and emerging AI-driven content discovery platforms.
  • Experience managing SEM and paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into compelling customer-focused content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
